All we need is your server information and proper documentation. (Services are deployed after contract is signed.) Q- What are your terms and conditions? A- Clean-Graphics has individual contract terms for each of its clients. The contracts are tailored to the customer's needs. The bottom line is this: We always do what is just, upright, and fair for our customers. Q- What is your refund and return policy? A- If you are not completely satisfied with any service or contractual agreement, we will refund your money (less costs we incur handling and canceling the account). Q- Do you charge sales tax? A- Starting January,1 2007, we will charge all Illinois clients a rate of 7.25% sales tax (excluding government, schools and other tax-exempt clients). Q- What if I have a problem?
